Joint Head of Performance Analysis and Capacity Planning
Wendy is the Joint Head of Performance Analysis & Capacity Planning for Mersey Care NHS Trust. Along with Rebecca McCullough (Business Analyst) she is leading the Finance and Performance Work Stream of the project.
She says “In order to meet the needs of the Trust’s service users and as an accountable public sector organisation it is vital that the services we provide are both clinically effective and can demonstrate value for money. It is with this in mind that the Finance and Performance Work Stream will work to develop a comprehensive performance framework that enables the Trust to demonstrate that it’s community services are meeting both national requirements and local needs”.
