Acting Community Services Co-ordinator, Adults of Working Age, Sefton
Hilary is Acting Community Services Co-ordinator based in Cherry Tree management offices in Aintree Hospital. She is responsible for leading various community teams in North and South Sefton, Kirkby and North Liverpool.
Having come up ‘through the ranks’, initially as a probation officer and then in a variety of social work and management posts in mental health for the past sixteen years, both in Mersey Care and London, she has a good understanding of how to achieve high quality service-delivery and motivate staff to strive for the excellence which will maximise services for and quality of life for service-users.
