Staff side representative
Ainsley has worked within mental health facilities for over thirty-two years. He has always had an interest in activism in one way or another from Service Users care to my Work Colleagues. As both RCN Chair and as part of Staff Side representation he has been involved with many Mersey Care Projects. As well as the Your Wellbeing in Mind project, he is also involved with the Trust’s Time to Improve Mental Health Environments project (TIME) and the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) development.
He is happy to be contacted by any Mersey Care staff member who wishes to discuss any aspect of the Your Wellbeing In Mind Project .
