To help manage the project we have identified five workstreams as shown in the diagram above
Each workstream has at least one lead person as follows:

Finance and Performance – Rebecca McCullough

Each workstream will work to the same overall objective of developing services that are fair, effective, personalandsafe.
They will each work to the same timetable of the following stages:
Where are we now?
– Assessing the current position of the respective workstreams including its strengths, weaknesses, gaps amd opportunities for improvement
– We will do this by speaking with as many people both inside and outside of the Trust as we are able
– For this project we will set the 1st April 2008 as our benchmark or snapshot of where we are now
Where do we want to be? – Having assessed our current position and listened to the views of others we will articulate our vision by mid May 2008 and share our thoughts widely via more public meetings to gain the views of others
How will we get there? – Once agreement has been achieved on the way ahead we will develop a plan for its implementation. This plan will be written and agreed during June 2008 with the hope of it being approved by all the governing bodies by July 2008 – ready for implementation from August onwards
